Source review: 10 September 2026. The official NEO pages describe early-access ownership and a subscription route. The published rollout starts with US early-access purchases in 2026, followed by subscriptions; international deliveries are described as coming later. The pages we reviewed do not specify a Nigerian delivery date.
The manufacturer says NEO arrives with basic autonomy for early owners. For unfamiliar tasks, an expert can remotely supervise its actions during scheduled sessions. The FAQ describes those experts as 1X employees based in the United States, with sessions scheduled and accepted by the owner. These are manufacturer descriptions of the service.
Decide what useful home ownership means
Write down the chores or experiences you want, then ask which ones the delivered configuration supports independently, which need assistance and which are future plans. Ask to see the relevant task performed under conditions close to your home. Familiar objects, floors, stairs and charging access can affect the setup required.
Remote assistance also creates a buying decision about privacy. Establish when cameras or microphones are accessible, how a session starts and stops, whether anything is recorded and which functions remain available without an internet connection. Read the product’s current privacy and service terms before agreeing.
Confirm a Nigerian purchase route
A US-oriented offer does not establish shipping, warranty or subscription access for Nigeria. Before a commitment, the contracting seller should confirm the exact configuration, territory eligibility, delivery responsibilities, total cost, return terms and repair route. Any promised feature should be identified as released or future functionality.
