Your files stay in your browser

Files opened in the tools are processed in your browser. Selecting a local video, task pack, prediction file or scene file does not upload it to us. Downloads are created on your device. You control whether and where you subsequently share them.

Imported task packs, predictions and scene files are held in the page’s memory for the current session. Reloading the page resets these tools. Export the reports and scenes you want to keep before leaving.

Human work through 9jaTesters

Collection requests, contributor signup and human review enquiries continue on 9jaTesters. Following a link does not transfer your local videos, annotations or projects. Information you submit there is handled under the terms and privacy notice shown on 9jaTesters.

Website delivery

Our hosting and network providers receive connection information needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. This information may be used for service operation, security and troubleshooting. The application does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or account registration.

When you contact us

If you email support@ranked.ng, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and handle the enquiry. Please avoid sending private footage, identity documents or other sensitive records in an initial message. We can agree an appropriate transfer process if a project needs additional material.

Choose what you record and share

Keep permission records and agreed reuse terms with your project. Review media and exports before sharing, especially when they contain faces, voices, number plates, private locations or contributor information. Declaring permission in a tool records your statement; obtain the underlying permission separately.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact support@ranked.ng about personal information you have sent us, including access, correction or deletion requests. Tell us which product and interaction your request concerns. We will review requests in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection law. Local files that have never been sent to us remain under your control.
