What makes an introduction useful

Tell us your base, service cities, relevant experience, team capacity and the work you can perform directly. Include examples you are entitled to share and any current manufacturer training or appointments. Explain response times you can contractually support and whether you have a workshop, mobile service team or spare-parts access.

From introduction to agreed work

An enquiry helps us understand potential fit. Before assigning a project, the parties need to check competence, agree scope and document pricing, insurance where applicable, customer communication, acceptance and responsibility for rework. Any public partner claim should reflect an actual agreement.

We aim to coordinate the buying journey and make responsibilities clear. Technical work remains with the provider contracted to deliver it; each customer should know who is responsible for their installation and warranty.
