A replacement part or production component can be the difference between useful equipment and an idle machine. 9jaRobotics welcomes defined sourcing requests from robot owners, technical providers and Nigerian producers.

Requests we can investigate

Examples include manufacturer replacement parts, end effectors, sensors, motors, controllers, cables, charging equipment and automation assemblies. We can also discuss equipment and fabrication requirements for a local producer. Availability and suitability are established against the actual specification and supplier response.

Specify the part before comparing prices

  • Manufacturer, robot or machine model, and exact part number if known.
  • Required function, dimensions, voltage, interfaces and operating conditions.
  • Quantity, preferred condition and acceptable alternatives.
  • Delivery city, required date and budget range.
  • Relevant technical drawing or documentation that you are entitled to share.

For a replacement, record the serial or revision information required by the manufacturer. Send sensitive drawings only after agreeing an appropriate transfer process. A visually similar component may have a different rating, protocol or warranty implication.

Make responsibilities clear

A useful supplier offer states authenticity or origin evidence, compatibility, condition, included accessories, lead time, freight, taxes, warranty and returns. Installation and commissioning should be assessed separately. Where an alternative is proposed, the responsible engineer should approve its suitability before use.

The enquiry route is for sourcing and coordination. It does not display live inventory or take payment for unconfirmed stock. Any sourcing fee and purchase terms will be agreed before paid work begins.
